Welcome to Burnett Homes! We, the owners Renjena & Brandon Burnett started getting into real investment and property management in 2016. Throughout the years we have bought, remodeled or built other properties and made them available as rentals.

In 2020, we decided to open our services to offer property management for others. We are not your traditional corporate property managers. You could be someone moving away from the area and be needing someone you can trust to be the property manager. Or you could be snowbirds and you are gone a few months out of the year – We are your property manager for taking care of your property like our own, be it short term or long term.

Our current project are the Burnett Cottages. We are creating a space that works for everyone. Our hope is that, this is a place that feels like home the moment you walk in.

Burnett Cottages are our latest project, available for short term rental, events & photo-shoots. Bridal shower, baby shower, stay over with your wedding party to stay and get ready on your wedding weekend, host your workshop here…Possibilities are endless. Host your small gathering events or just stay over for a fun getaway or a work trip!

The owners Renjena & Brandon Burnett bought these cottages, originally designed and developed by Bass Development Group in 2020 in the heart of NewBo District, with an ambition to open it to public as a cozy short-term rental. We wanted to create our own history in this beautiful historic downtown. We hope this place serves you as a place to relax, enjoy & spend time with family or just enjoy solitude.

It’s such a great place to enjoy the NewBo district, walk to the bars, restaurants or even bike around. The detached garage allows you to park one of your cars and also houses 4 bikes for the guests to use.
